The symbol of territory placed on top left of the web, main menu in left side bar containing links to the priority sections of development there.
News content alway up to date, we can called the the web administrator has a good maintenance it.
Buttons on left side show up the things that important to knowing by the web visitors.
News at the center coloum are newest event on there and the rigth side fill with short description about all newest event in Northern.

The web dominated by Green (I have no reason why Green because This province symbol is blue) with beautiful layouting.
Province symbol is on the top left side below the top menus, and menu on the left side are standard for an official website like vision, history etc.
Latest news on the main coloumn are not up to date, the web administrator only did the good job for the web layout. Also the content of the news always follow the normative pattern, not a good news to appealing visitors for read more details.
This official website developed in two coloumn with complicated layout design that could guests got mind blowing.
